MA in Professional Communication Newsletter I was responsible for all of the layout and formatting of the newsletters, and I wrote a column entitled, “Meet the 1 st Years” which introduced a couple of new MAPC students in each issue. I tried to change the design for each newsletter based on the month and content. I used InDesign to create these newsletters. The MA in Professional Communication (MAPC) program has a electronic newsletter that is distributed three times each semester, and it is created by a student who works in the MATRF (Multimedia Authoring Teaching and Research Facility). As a MATRF staff member and MAPC student, I worked with one other student to create six issues of the newsletter.
