Google Toolbar Documentation

This software documentation on the Google toolbar is the culmination of a semester long group project in an advanced technical writing course. This project required that we determine an audience profile, write a software documentation manual, and perform small-scale usability testing on our manuals.

My part of this project was to write the third section about the advanced features of the toolbar. In addition, I was responsible for editing and contributing to the user analysis and usability testing. I also served as team leader throughout the duration of this project.
